Games I've Made
Game development is a hobby I've dug into recently. It's a delight to combine storytelling, game design, art & music to create an experience that people (hopefully) enjoy.
These games are relatively bite-sized, free to play and hosted on itch.io (links to each are below).

Aster has been bringing Cordie on wilderness canoe camping trips all summer. Magic is afoot in the woods during their nightly campfire, but talk keeps returning to real life looming on the horizon.
Kindling Spirits is the first game I developed, a very small visual novel about magical realism & two friends around a campfire. Several dialogue choices, one ending, and about 10-15 minutes of gameplay. Appropriate for all ages.

Oh no! Someone has stolen all the pumpkins from your farm, and the Hauntsfield festival is tomorrow! You'll need assistance from the townsfolk to get the pumpkins back in time...
Hauntsfield is a short Halloween RPG I developed for Game Boy. Play time is about 40-60 minutes & the game is appropriate for all ages.
The game can be played in browsers & most smartphones by clicking "Run Game" on the itch.io page. I also included a ROM that can be played on a real Game Boy (with a flash cart) or an emulator!
You wake up from cryogenic slumber. You're dying. On top of that, the world ended while you were out.
Cryogenic is a short, cozy post-apocalyptic narrative exploration game made in bitsy as part of a game jam. Appropriate for all ages.

Purls of Magic (demo) is a platformer-RPG for Game Boy created for GBCompo23. This demo is approprioate for all ages, includes two playable platformer levels and multiple story scenes (and is a little bit janky). I've been working on a full release of this game, but it's currently on hiatus.
The demo can be played in browsers & most smartphones by clicking "Run Game" on the itch.io page. It can also be played on a real GB flash cart or emulator by downloading the included .gb rom.
